A Memorable Trip To Thailand – Just The Three Of Us 😊

Well begun is half done’ as the quote goes.. the preparations that went into our maiden foreign trip had fruitful returns ☺️

We started our journey from Bangalore to Bangkok on Monday night, my birthday eve celebrated in aeroplane 😊. It was an extraordinary experience without watsapp and fb wishes at 12′ o clk as the trend goes nowadays!

Once we landed in Pattaya airport, our first visit was to Sriracha Tiger Zoo, it was a very nice experience indeed! My son loved the alligators, tigers, fed milk to baby tiger cub, enjoyed the circus show by tigers and elephants.

Our next stop was at the hotel where we took a quick shower and then headed to the Pattaya beach. We then went to coral islands in a streamer boat which rode very fast due to the high tides in the sea,my hubby and son fell sea sick and hence we couldn’t enjoy the coral walk. There was parasailing as well in the middle of the sea, we already had been to it in Goa and hence just watched it as spectators.

Back to the resort we had the much needed rest. The resort itself was very beautiful with Buddha statues and jacuzzi swimming pool for kids and adults separate! And in the evening had been for birthday special dinner at Indian restaurant there. Our son enjoyed his favourite French fries there also ☺️

Next day we did a city tour in the morning and evening went for cabaret dance show! I initially was hesitant to take our son but he was the one who enjoyed the light and music show a lot, the dances were uniquely presented with theme. Few others went for night market while we returned back to hotel as our son was tired.

Next day we travelled to Bangkok and did a city tour visiting the Grand Golden Buddha and other places as part of city tour. We enjoyed the aqua world a lot, it has many interesting species of fishes and a grand look! My son pained a picture of a fish and it floated in the aquarium, these places are extremely kid friendly and fun for parents too.

Although people go mainly for shopping to Bangkok, we could hardly go shopping with a child in tow! But we don’t regret as we had planned the trip mostly for him and visited places he loved. The next evening we had been for a cruise dinner, it was really the highlight of our trip! Met a lot of Indians on the boat and danced to Bollywood music and had Indian dinner.

The arrangements by the trip planner was really good and at nights or mornings for brunch we used to walk to nearby veg or Indian hotels. There are many supermarkets called Eleven found almost every street where you can buy milk, chocolate and chips for kids. The trip was fantastic and we captured as many photos as possible it keep the memories loaded 😊
